  • Data for: Spectroscopic Evaluation of the Interaction of Myoglobin with Biomedically Relevant Compounds
Content of the dataset: raw data - docking calculations files, experimental spectra of myoglobin interaction with ligands (UV-vis, fluorescence, proton NMR) Supported manuscript: Spectroscopic Evaluation of the Interaction of Myoglobin with Biomedically Relevant Compounds, by Alexandra Mânzat, Nicoleta Andrian, Cezara Zăgrean-Tuza, Dan Porumb, Radu Silaghi-Dumitrescu
  • Data for: Nitrogen reduction by nanostructure-supported ruthenium catalysts
This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Nitrogen reduction by nanostructure-supported ruthenium catalysts" by Doukeh et al. It includes output files from DFT calculations performed using the Gaussian software package on ruthenium, iron, and cobalt catalytic complex models potentially involved in reduction of molecular nitrogen to ammonia, hydroazine - or transformation to nitrate.
  • Benthic invertebrate data from the Someșul Cald, Someșul Rece and Someșul Mic Rivers, sampled in 2020
The dataset describes an analysis of benthic macroinvertebrate communities from the Someșul Cald, Someșul Rece, and Someșul Mic rivers in 2020, across 23 sampling stations. It includes: a list of sampling sites with associated environmental characteristics (Table R1); a list of identified benthic invertebrate taxa with details on their assignment to ecological guilds (Table R2); taxonomic and functional diversity indices and water quality indices calculated for the dataset (Table R3); and zoobenthic indicator taxa with respect to elevation, human impact, and sediment structure (Table R4). The dataset is supporting the research paper: Cîmpean Mirela, Szekeres Edina, Teban-Man Adela, Coman Cristian, Battes Karina P., Taxonomic and Functional Diversity of River Invertebrates Along a Human Impact Gradient (to be submitted)

  • Collection
Datasets concerning the Beiuș High School (1828-1928)
This collection contains four datasets concerning the Beiuș High School during its first century of operation (1828-1928). On the one hand, two datasets present the students and the teachers and their extensive social background. On the other hand, two datasets geographically annotate the biographical information regarding the students and the teachers. Supported publications: Forthcoming
  • Geographical annotations with information concerning the teachers of the Beiuș High School (1829-1928)
This dataset contains geographical annotations with information concerning the teachers employed the Beiuș High School between 1829 and 1928. An 1856 map of the Habsburg Empire (General-Karte Der Oesterreichischen Monarchie von J. Scheda) was used to illustrate the birthplace, primary, secondary, and superior education of the 144 teachers employed at the high school. Supported publications: Forthcoming
  • Geographical annotations with the birthplace of the students of the Beiuș High School (1829-1928)
This dataset contains geographical annotations with the birthplace of the students who attended the Beiuș High School between 1829 and 1928. The dataset was constructed, as in the case of the main dataset with the students, based on student files, lists of students, and other primary documents. The geographical coordinates of 7,133 birthplaces were established. Supported publications: Forthcoming
